Custom and personalized orders
The items in my shop are personalized and made to order. Do you have a specific idea? Shoot me a message and let's chat!
NOTE: The seller reserves the right to decline any custom orders.
How can I let you know the details of my order?
Check out the item description. In each item's description, I let you know which elements can be customized. Leave your requests in the personalization box or message to seller during checkout.
If customization details about the order are missing, I will contact you. If I do not hear back, I will make a second attempt. If I do not receive a timely response, I will make the item exactly like the first picture in the item listing. In some cases at the seller's discretion, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Because the customer did not initially communicate his or her desires and the seller was unable to make contact after 2 attempts, the customer will not be permitted to make a return/exchange
Do you ship to all 50 states and internationally? What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?
Yes we do!
International orders can take up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. We ship with USPS for all orders domestic and international.
Once a package is delivered, you may be required to pay additional custom fees. The buyer is responsible for those fees.
Called and Chosen does not take responsibility for any packages lost in the mail, or packages mis-delivered due to an incorrect address given by the buyer. Refunds cannot be given in these situations.
I need my item right away! What should I do?

Please note that rush order upgrades do not affect shipping time. All domestic packages are sent USPS 1-3 day priority mail shipping.

When a "Rush Order" is purchased, your order is moved to the top of our list and ships promptly to meet your deadline (approximately 1-3 days)
What if my item arrives and it is broken?
Sometimes our packages experience a rough journey on their way to your doorstep that is out of our control and yours. So, shoot me a message and let's chat and come up with a solution.
You must contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item. If item is a gift sent directly to the recipient, please track the package with the info provided via email. Please then confirm the state of the item with the recipient within the 48 hour time period.
Care instructions
Polymer clay is strong and durable, but still can be broken if not treated with care.
From Sculpey:
(this is the brand of clay that I use)
"To clean, use a feather duster to remove surface dust. If needed, hand wash with gentle soap and water. Never use any harsh chemical cleaners to clean. Do not place items in the dishwasher as the heat and water will damage the piece. Oven-bake clay, if exposed to direct sunlight, will fade somewhat over time."
